St. Timothy’s Youth Ministry (STYM) is a Catholic faith based community that is committed to inviting and helping teenagers grow stronger in faith and outreach through education, fellowship, service, and worship. When the group gets together it participates in faith sharing, scripture study, discussion of current events and issues, and prayer. STYM is committed to the reality that young people are an important and integral part of our parish community. Our program seeks to foster maturing in faith of the youth of our parish and the surrounding community. Through a variety of programs, events, youth conferences, and service, we seek to draw young people into responsible participation in the life, work, and mission of the parish community. We believe this ministry is to, with, by, and for young people and is a blessing for the entire community.
STYM consists of junior high and high school students (grades 8 through 12). We also have a monthly STYM Mass celebrated at 9:30 a.m. on the 2nd Sunday from October to April.
