A deposit of $200 is required per person to secure your spot. Registration depends on the slots or seats available. First come first served. The final payment of the balance is due on May 31, 2024.

Couples will share one room and will be seated together on the bus. Let us know if you are single and have a friend/preferred roommate and seatmate. Otherwise, we will assign you a roommate in the hotel and a seatmate on the bus.
